E-ANTICOR is the unified anti-corruption platform of the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan. It lets you report corruption and follow the progress of your report — on the website and in the mobile application.
The platform is run by the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The Agency was established under the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On additional measures to improve the anti-corruption system in the Republic of Uzbekistan” of 29 June 2020.
The Agency holds the status of a specially authorised state body responsible for shaping and implementing state policy on preventing and countering corruption. It reports to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and is accountable to the chambers of the Oliy Majlis.
Reports go directly to the Agency: there are no intermediaries between the person reporting and the Agency.
A report has three states: received, under review, decision taken. The platform shows the current state and the date of submission. Review periods are set by the legislation on citizens’ and legal entities’ appeals.
The law requires the identity of a person reporting corruption to be verified. Anonymous submission is not permitted, so a report can only be filed after signing in through ONE ID, the national identification system (id.egov.uz).
The platform never sees your ONE ID password: sign-in happens in a secure window, and the platform receives only the confirmation of identity and the data ONE ID passes on. News, statistics and checking a report by its number are available without signing in.
The E-ANTICOR application is available for iPhone and Android. Signing in through ONE ID is available only to citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan; the sections that do not require signing in are open to everyone.
